Detroit NAACP Youth Council ACT-SO Competition

Did you miss the Detroit Branch NAACP ACT-SO Competition? If you did well don’t worry! The Detroit NAACP Youth Council will host an ACT-SO Competition on Saturday, April 13. ACT-SO stands for Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological, Scientific Olympics of the Mind. The competition is open to high school students in grades 9-12. Students can compete in up to three categories. Students are competing for medals, cash prizes and to qualify for the National NAACP ACT-SO Competition that will be held in Orlando, Florida this summer.
