The Detroit NAACP Youth Council has been at the forefront of youth leadership since its inception in the 1900’s. Home to the largest youth unit in the Association, the award-winning Detroit NAACP Youth Council continuously provides strategic planning, and implements the solutions gathered to address the problems facing the youth of our community.
This highly motivated group of middle and high school students meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Detroit Branch NAACP office (8220 Second Ave. Detroit, MI 48202). It is never to early to get involved!
