Make Juneteenth Count

Join the Detroit Branch NAACP on Friday, June 19, 2020 for our Juneteenth Flashmob. Volunteers will be paired in teams to distribute Census + Get Out To Vote fliers in neighborhoods with low Census counts. This family friendly actively is an excellent opportunity to serve the community through impactful and informative action.

The 2020 Census and upcoming elections are critical for the future of Detroit residents. We are completing the Census and voting for equitable representation in the U.S. Congress and funding for our schools, hospitals, fire departments and so much more.

For more information on the Census visit www.2020Census.gov. For more information on the upcoming 2020 elections in Michigan visit www.michiganvoting.org.
